BXP is currently working on plans for a mixed-use housing project to be located at 2800 28th Street, Santa Monica. The plans for the project are to replace the existing commercial office building and surface parking. A virtual community meeting will be hosted prior to the Administrative Approval application for the housing project being filed (anticipated for later this year, 2025).
